Hiyori

Hiyori is a very sweet pancake! (And LOVES eating them too!)

 

A fun and loving 16 year old highschool girl that appears to most as a tomboy because she herself wants to look cool in front of others. She especially likes spending time with other people and playing with kids, pretending that she's some magical girl or superhero to make them smile and laugh because to her, the superpower she wishes for the most is the ability to make others happy.

 

Despite her personality, Hiyori on the inside is actually very delicate and sensitive. Due to her own inferiority complex, she is very self conscious about how others see her, and always wants to be noticed by others. She highlights her hair, braids it and uses various accessories because she honestly thinks it makes her look cute, and want others to see her that way. She wants to always be in the hearts and minds of others as it makes her feel connected to others and not alone. 

 

Overall she's also very lazy and expressive about the things she feels, complaining about the weather being too hot, too much homework to do, and likes to take naps so she can recharge her energy to make others keep on smiling! Hiyori works hard in order to become someone that can keep smiles on everyone's face, and is very determined in her goal despite her shortcomings of being... less than smart.

 

Hiyori's appearance as Étoile is basically her imagination of herself as a magical girl! Otherwise in reality she's just a very sweet cutiepatootie, unchanging in her ways sitting on her throne in the castle of sweets.
